　ウォーゲーミング界の"大御所"といわれるピーター・パーラ博士が、1990年に提唱した"The Cycle of Research"を発展させて"The Cycle of Learning"という概念を提唱しています。「同論文を引用する際には、DOIを記載して欲しい」由。
