内容の簡単な紹介：
第3回フランスウォーゲーム研究会議では、ウォーゲームの実践がいかに不確実な状況下での意思決定を支援し、備えとなるかを主要な論点とします。
- 複合的危機の連鎖と不確実性：金融、地政学、環境、情報などの諸危機は相互に補強し合っており、それが予測不能な不確実性を生み出している。
- 社会システムの脆弱性：グローバルな相互接続と情報の加速により、現代社会はわずかな破壊に対しても非常に敏感で脆い構造となっている。
- 意思決定ツールの再考：不確実性が社会のあらゆる層に影響を及ぼす中、従来の意思決定手法や「良い判断」の基準が現在も有効であるかが問われている。
